Terms of use

By using MTG Tracker you accept these terms. They are short because the app is a personal project, not a commercial service.

What MTG Tracker is

A free app to track your Magic: The Gathering card collection, build decks, see statistics and indicative prices. Card data comes from Scryfall.

Account

  • To use the app you must create an account with email and password.
  • You are responsible for the security of your credentials.
  • You can delete the account at any time from the Profile page.

Permitted use

You can use the app to:

  • Track your personal collection.
  • Build decks and share them (if you make them public).
  • Import card lists from sources you legitimately own.

You cannot:

  • Attempt to access other users' data bypassing controls.
  • Do massive scraping or stress the app/Scryfall with automated requests.
  • Upload illegal, offensive content or content that violates third-party rights.

Content you upload

Your decks, your collection, the avatars and covers you upload remain your property. You only grant me the technical right to store and display them to let you use the service. If you make a deck public, you accept that anyone with the link can see it as long as it remains public.

Availability

I do my best to keep the app online, but it's a hobby project. No uptime guarantees, no SLA. I can discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice via email.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". Card prices are indicative and come from Scryfall — I take no responsibility for purchase/sale decisions based on this data. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits.

Third-party trademarks

Magic: The Gathering, card names, set names and related logos are registered trademarks of Wizards of the Coast LLC. MTG Tracker is not affiliated with or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast. Card data and images are provided by Scryfall under their terms of use.

Changes to the terms

I can update these terms. Changes take effect from the date indicated at the top. For significant changes I'll notify you by email.

Applicable law

Italian law applies. For any dispute, the court of my place of residence has jurisdiction. For contact: miistik889@gmail.com.
